Joanee asks
"How many people worked on the game?"
Insomniacs say
"18 ... and then we hired the voices freelance and the music contracted out. So, if you count that and all the testing and the other people from Sony, you're talking 40 people just on the US version."
guest2945 asks
"How did you guys get Stuart Copeland to do the music?"
Insomniacs say
"We got lucky!"
Insomniacs {action}
chuckle"
Insomniacs say
"Michael knew someone who knew him and he sent in a tape of some of the stuff he did for movies and we listened to that against two others and we picked blind .. and his was it ... it was unanimous. If you play the game it sounds like music by Stewart Copeland not music for a video game."
HSHost says
"I like the music on all the games actually."
2Cool2B asks
"Did you ever hear of the voodoo graphic chip? Why didn't you use that - I heard it was the best one today?"
Insomniacs say
"Um ... well, if we were doing it on a PC we could use it but on the Playstation you use their hardware and you get consistent hardware, you don't have to worry about incompatibilities or crashes .. Voodoos are only available for PC's. We couldn't use it."
Dan_K asks
"Will there be a port to the PC? If so will it support Glide and the 3Dfx chipset?"
Insomniacs say
"No, not considering it at this point. We're exclusively with Sony for the Playstation."
HSHost says
"Cool cool! I'm learning a lot here."
Joanee asks
"What do you think about Sega's® new Dreamcast™ system?"
Insomniacs say
"From what I've seen published, it seems promising but you have to wait until you get it in your hands and play the game to see how good it is. I'm going to hold back a while based on Saturn and Sega and all that ..."
